Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fill Fast, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable fuel dispensing experience. Since our Services involve the sale of fuel, which is a consumable and immediate-access product, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. TRANSACTION CANCELLATION

  • Before Dispensing: A customer may cancel a transaction request before the fuel dispensing process has been initiated by the Operator. If payment was already made, a refund will be processed minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • After Initiation: Once fuel dispensing has been initiated by the Operator, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are typically processed in the following scenarios:

  • Technical Failure: If a payment is successfully processed but the fuel dispensing system fails to activate due to a technical error on our platform.
  • Double Payment: In cases where a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
  • Incorrect Amount: If the amount charged is significantly different from the amount of fuel actually dispensed, provided the discrepancy is reported immediately.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

  • Fuel already dispensed into a vehicle is non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Mistakes made by the user in selecting the fuel type or station are not eligible for a refund once dispensing has started.

4. REFUND PROCESS

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

1. Contact our support team at support@fillfast.com within 24 hours of the transaction.

2. Provide your Transaction ID, User ID, and a description of the issue.

3. We will investigate the claim by cross-referencing our logs with the fuel station's data.

4. If approved, refunds will be initiated via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. REVERSALS

In cases of failed dispensing after payment, our system attempts to trigger an automatic reversal where possible. If an automatic reversal does not occur, please follow the refund process outlined above.
